This River Heights basement, contracted by Harwood Design Builders and designed by Fenwick and company was a series of built in book shelves and an Entertainment unit.  Built using 1 ½ maple gables giving it a very heavy look. The stain was a custom color created by Seine River Cabinets.

This Tuxedo condo, contracted by Harwood Design Builders and designed by Fenwick and company features solid raised panel cherry doors with a toffee stain.  The upper cabinets run right to the ceiling giving lots of extra storage. This kitchen features large pot drawers, 2 tip down trays under the sink as well as a series of base cabinet pullouts. The en-suite was down in the same raised panel design but with a solid color lacquer.

This 60’s Southdale home owned by Wayne Sage of Harwood Design Builders, featured in July’s Renovation Magazine was created using green products where ever possible.  The kitchen cabinets were made using an eco line veneer and features an appliance garage, spice rack pullout, blind corner pull out and large soft closing pot and pan drawers.  The island was a challenging build measuring 3 feet by 8ft by 42” high built entirely using the same eco line veneer. The small storage cabinets under the island give additional storage space while giving much needed support for the large fusion granite top.  The dry bar and feature wall cabinets were build using the same eco line veneer but in a different species.

This large renovation by Harwood design Builders in St. Vital offered a unique opportunity to use more than one color for the kitchen cabinets.  Designed by Fenwick and company this kitchen was built using solid Bamboo. The main kitchen was finished in a solid color lacquer and features large soft closing pot drawers, a garbage and recycling center, a dry bar cabinet with upper wine rack and a computer center.  The Island also built using Bamboo was stained a cappuccino color with a seating area at one end and open book shelves on the back side.

This addition in River heights by Burman Construction offered an empty slate in terms of  kitchen design, The sole purpose of the addition was to add square footage for a dream kitchen and dinning nook. Designed by Seine River Cabinets this kitchen features a full size pantry with solid birch roll outs, extra tall cabinets for storage, multiple pot drawer banks on soft closing slides, and a wrap around quartz counter top. The maple doors with a custom stain tied in nicely to the existing fir woodworking in the house.

This addition in River Heights contracted by Harwood design builders and designed by Fenwick and company  is a fantastic example of  custom cabinetry.  The home owner was looking for a chefs dream kitchen and new exactly what she wanted. The kitchen features solid raised panel maple doors in a natural finish, a built in fridge and freezer, a wet bar, pull out spice rack and pot rack, a garbage recycling center, multiple wine racks, and a large island complete with a concrete counter top with a stone river running through it . This kitchen Reno made the final 4 in the Canadian home builders SAM awards.
